You choose how you would like to work with me: online, telephone or face to face. If working face to face my therapy room is situated in the centre of Royal Tunbridge Wells and the address and map will be sent to you prior to our first session.
I charge £15.00 for a 20 minute telephone introductory session which will allow us to discuss what you are seeking from counselling, including any expectations you may have. I can explain how I work and how we can move forward.

The typical ‘counselling hour’. Can be booked weekly, fortnightly or monthly via telephone, online or face to face (Tunbridge Wells only).

Standalone, one-off session

One off session which can be used to focus on a particular issue or to gain some clarity around a specific subject. A cost effective opportunity to gain some support without the commitment of ongoing therapy.

Includes one weekly 50 minute session, one hypnotherapy recording per month and one tailored worksheet per month.
A fixed price exclusive therapy programme that gives you access to support via weekly counselling sessions. Including an additional level of support and change via hypnotherapy recordings to change deep-rooted subconscious beliefs and feelings. Also, supported by a monthly worksheet to help embed the work.
