Grieving Daughters Club

Alongside my private work, I also run Grieving Daughters Club, this club is for women who’ve lost a parent and are tired of being told to stay strong or move on. I created it because I know what it’s like to keep going while quietly falling apart, surrounded by people that don’t get it. This is a space for honesty, connection, and saying the things no one else dares to say out loud and a community of women that understand because they’ve experienced it.

Through grief groups, a podcast, guided recordings, raw reflections, and honest conversations, this space gives you support that actually meets you where you are. If you’re carrying grief and still showing up every day, this space is for you.

Join now by downloading my free guide — 10 Ways You Change After Losing a Parent and join the email list for honest support straight to your inbox.

You can also connect with other grieving daughters over on Instagram or in the private facebook group a space where it's okay to be not-okay, and no one expects you to hide your grief.
